Court Adopts Uniform Bar Exam

Earlier today, the Vermont Supreme Court signed an order promulgating amendments to the Rules of Admission to the Bar of the Vermont Supreme Court.  The amendments include adopting the Uniform Bar Exam. Vermont will administer the UBE beginning in July 2016.

  1. Mike Kennedy’s “Ethical Grounds” is a good newsletter and opportunity for dialogue. It’s also fun. We should use it to maintain the quality of Vermont’s legal system. (Dooley’s one of my favorite judges. He’s right about preserving bar scores)
